Shipping Information
All orders from Allure Elements are shipped via SF Express.

We currently do not provide delivery services to regions outside of Hong Kong.

Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is confirmed. (Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.) Customers will receive an email notification once the order is shipped.

Delivery times may be affected by factors such as traffic, weather, and local holidays. The actual delivery time is subject to SF Express’s delivery schedule. Allure Elements is not responsible for any delays caused by these external factors.

If the order information is correct and the item has arrived at an SF Express service point or locker, Allure Elements is not responsible for any issues arising afterward.

Once payment is completed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Allure Elements is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided in the order.

If you need to update your delivery address, contact number, or reschedule the delivery time after payment, please contact SF Express directly.

Shipping Fee (Based on Weight)
Shipping fees are calculated based on the final total order amount after deducting used store credits, coupons, other discounts, and shipping fees.

Free shipping does not include surcharges for remote areas. These fees must be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel orders themselves unless the order status is already marked as “Confirmed.”

  1. How to Cancel an Order
  • For members: Go to the official website > My Account > Orders, locate the order, and click “Cancel Order.”
  • For non-members: You can register or log in using the email address used when placing the order. Then go to the official website > My Account > Orders, locate the order, and click “Cancel Order.”
  1. Refund
    Once the order is successfully canceled, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method. If points were used, the equivalent points will be returned.

  2. Important Notes
    You cannot cancel an order if:

  • The order is already marked as confirmed
  • The order has been split
  • The order has already been shipped
    (If you need to change the shipping address or phone number, please cancel the order and place a new one with the updated information.)

Delivery Notes
Please make sure to provide an accurate recipient phone number and delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, SF Express may charge additional fees.

Please confirm your product selection and quantity before purchasing. Once payment is completed, you cannot change the order content, add items, or combine orders.

For self-pickup at SF Express business points or service centers: if the item is not picked up within the first 2 days after receiving the pickup notice, SF Express may charge a service fee.

For smart locker pickups: if the item is not picked up within the first 24 hours after receiving the pickup notice, SF Express may charge a service fee.

If you want to change the delivery method or address after the order is confirmed, please contact SF Express directly. Additional charges may apply.

If you refuse the package after it has been shipped, extra shipping and handling fees may be incurred.

Additional Charges
SF Express may charge additional surcharges for fuel, remote area delivery, and resource allocation. These charges must be paid by the customer.
