Return and Exchange Policy
Please confirm the product name, quantity, and other options before making a purchase. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be modified. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to the following return and exchange policy.
Under normal circumstances, once an order has been submitted and successfully paid for, refunds will not be accepted.
If you discover any defects or quality issues, please contact us via email within 7 business days of receiving the item. Be sure to include your order number, registered name, and contact phone number. We will follow up with you as soon as possible.
Please provide the following information to help our customer service team review your request:
- Order number
- Purchaser's name
- Name and quantity of the product(s) to be returned or exchanged
- Reason for return or exchange
- Return/exchange recipient address, contact person's name, and phone number
- Whether the product has been opened
- Photos of the product(s) to confirm their condition
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of receipt
- The reason for return is not related to defects or quality issues
- Discounted items or items purchased with store credits
- Items returned without prior approval from customer service
